Breaking News: Teenage girls on Tumblr do not buy magazine advertising space.
Editor’s note: The Sept. issue of any fashion mag is the largest, I know. My joke obviously wasn’t that funny.
Editor’s note II: So here is what’s intriguing about the above image and the article itself (if you click through) - with publishers knowing the Sept. issue is a huge draw, picking the right cover star becomes an interesting conundrum.
It doesn’t hurt that they made the cover about the end of the NFL lockout either.
